Repile, level, underfloor insulation installed and moisture barrier laid. It's a crib that is currently tenanted. Old fibre board exterior 3 bedroom with no underfloor access. We have just replace the roofing iron and insulted, had insulation injected into the interior wall spacings and now it's time to level and tighten up the air leaks within the flooring space.
