The house is on concrete piles, double brick/brick veneer. There is a huge deep crack in corner of house- this may require repiling/relevelling/pinning. Also, old brick chimney is weighing down the corner- needs to be removed. This is affecting windows being jammed shut and allowing moisture into house.
