Advice needed on a sloping floor/foundation corner of a built-in sunroom

We are thinking about renovations but basically just looking for someone to give us knowledgeable advice about a corner of our house, so we can narrow down our options. We were going to level the floor of our sunroom which is sloping about 3mm at one corner, but we don’t know if it’s actually a bigger problem with the foundation corner.
