110sqm - In a bad state

I am looking at repiling a 110sqm 100 year old home. I would say most if not all of the piles need to be done. Access looks easy enough. There may be some bearers to replace too (haven't gotten under it). I have no idea what to expect price wise as i have never had this done before. I would love to meet you at the property on Wednesday 3rd Feb. Thanks
