Re-Pile Needed - 110m2 House

110m2 bungalow in Tainui, Dunedin requires to be leveled and re-piled. House has gradually sunk, primarily in one corner, over the past decade. I would like to schedule the work for as soon as possible 2020 (understanding it could be mid year with workloads). Property is tenanted, and they are very understanding of the amount of work involved, and will work in with tradespeople.
