We need to relevel our 120m2 home before we can continue with recladding, renovating, etc. Some crawl space but restricted. A lean guy should be able to access a lot of it. Will need some piles replaced and probably part of some bearers. Time frame for a quote is as soon as practical - we need a quote to take to the bank, but then the work itself is flexible (Spring or early summer would be fine)
