House has some uneven floorboards in the dinning area and kitchen #4

Id like for someone to come and take a look at what the cause is, how to fix it and how much it will cost, there is hardly any underfloor space so most likely would need to create a man hole or access via floorboards - it maybe piles or cruddy floorboards i would only want to hear from people that have the ability to carry out floor levelling and/or piling. Kitchen vinyl floor is spongey in areas.
