Architectural plans drawn up; building exemption permit received from CCC; old garage to be removed this weekend by owner; need a contractor to remove old 1980's weak and unlikely unreinforced slab, excavate 550 mm below surface level, install compacted base, and install new waffle slab approx 7 m long, 3 m wide, with an "L" shape at the end comprising an additional 3.5 x 2.6 m per the engineer's specification. The boundary walls (2.3 m high, 10 m long) will be steel reinforced concrete block.
