I’ve got a basement room which is 3.1x4m. Currently has a floating plank flooring over top of a concrete slab. There was FLC poured on the slab that has not bound and therefore is cracking and falling off in lumps. Looking for someone to lift the floor, grind and replace the FLC and then put the flooring back down.
