piles estimate

Hi Debbie here, I’m interested in buying a piece of TC3 land in chch at 497 pages road The property files below --- I have been told the property will need to have FFL 10.41 metres above ground. I am looking at a kitset property --- / Can I please get an estimate of the approximate cost of piles for this property. Im not needing an exact cost out, but a ball park figure, just to guide me. This will help me assess the viability of building on this land and whether it is worth buying? Many many thanks Debbie ---
