LBP with builders risk insurance needed for eqc repairs

Hi, I'm looking to purchase an "as is" property in Christchurch but needing eqc repairs done pre-settlement. These repairs are repacking a few piles and some Plastering. I need an LBP that comes with Builders Risk insurance to satisfy the vendors lawyer. I will be able to email the scope of works for more detail.
