Replace multiple piece packers with single piece packers in line with current building code regulations. Approx 20 piles in total but unsure how many need packers replacing. Work was originally carried out and signed off by EQC, but now found to be inadeqaute. Would like repaired so house can be ready for sale clear of outstanding EQC repairs. Would like repair to be carried out as soon as possible
