We're after a builder to relevel some flooring for 3 flats, I have an engineering report and Building Consent exemption done. Asbestos removal will be taken care of. If this is something you're interested in, let me know and ill send you report to price up. Floor levels/ target levels are attached in the photos. Engineer has recommended joist firrings to reach target heights. Thanks
