Our piles are not currently tied to the bearers (1950s or 60s build). The piles look in good condition and there's approximately 32 under there (guesstimate after sticking head down the manhole). As part of our insurance we need all of the piles tied to the bearers. Ideally in the next month or so but we can be flexible on timing.
