Tie down floor bearers plus

We have a house on piles that is nearly fixed. We do need a pile or two tied down to the floor bearers. The underfloor has good access and is dry atm. We will be having plastic and insulation installed so working under there should be clean. This is an EQC opt out job. A quote will need to be submitted on their excel doc and we have a copy. We also need kitchen toe boards supplied and replaced prior to tiling and a cupboard put into the laundry (we have the cupboard).
