Two Piles and footings required

I'm removing a couple of walls in a rental. The engineer has specified that two new pile footings are required for bracing. These are NOT small footings: - The first one is 1.1 x 1.1 x 1.0m - The second one is 0.65 x 0.65 x 1.0m See attached graphic The holes need to be inspected prior to pouring concrete. One floor is currently up, and the other will be up for access shortly. Therefore, both footing sites will be 3/4 accessible from above.
