Replacement of floor pile
Job description
We own a 1950s wood frame 90m2 home that is on the market. A buyer has done a Builder's Report, and the builder recommended replacing one of the floor piles (refer photos). The pile is over packed and unfastened. As part of the conditions of sale & purchase, we would need the pile replaced prior to 27 November 2020. I have attached photos of the other piles to help provide an idea of the floor space and what we are working with. A ground vapor barrier is installed, so you won't need to be crawling through crap under the house.

Can't find any faults with Sam's work. He got on to the job quickly, was easy to communicate with and a fantastic job. He went above and beyond what we initially asked to ensure that the work was done to a high standard. We would highly recommend Wilshire Construction Ltd and will definitely be contacting them in future if we need any construction assistance.
