There is 6 piles that were incorrectly packed/ connected from EQC repairs, and there is other piles that need attention, 4 piles are cracked (spooling) and another 5 or so need better packers/attachment. from cavity critter report: I cant get the pdf to upload, but I can email it to you and then it should make sense. piles, --- and 69 need replacing Piles --- and 58 need repacking or just correct fixings. pile 33 looks like it could do with an new bearer. Since the photos were taken the under floor space has been cleared our and plastic on the ground and under floor insulation installed. Time frame: this year if possible Thanks, Mark
