Sleepout site
Job description
Licenced building practitioners only. Piles for a premade steel framed sleepout (like a container - rigid metal beams) in our garden. It is < 10 sq m being 2.4 x 3.6m. It needs to be raised up to similar building on site at least 53cm above ground level for floods. We are TC3 land.

Tyrone and Scott have a professional approach. However working to minimum standards was not enough for this particular job. One pile had only 10 cm of concrete around it. Two piles do not exactly meet the sleepout corners. We have employed another builder to bring all piles up to a higher standard. Needed to be prompted for a written quote which did not come. Needs to put more detail on their invoice. However we do wish them well and encourage them to continue to build and develop quality. Try giving the customer more than they expect and charge them a little less, not the other way around.
