EQC Claim - Earthquake damaged house needs fixing

House in North Linwood under EQC claim. It is currently a rental but looking to sell in the near future. Latest EQC update is 'you're in the queue, you can opt out if you wish'. If you are interested in this job you will need to quote on the following: Re-pile as small additional room on the side has subsided, cracks to ring foundation, cracks to exterior wall cladding (stucco), impact damage to concrete tile roof, cracks in various walls & ceilings inside, concrete pad in garage has crack. Driveway cracks and fencing also needs to be addressed but is covered under my house insurance policy. I have a Scope of Works that I can scan and email if you are interested in this job. Note: As the property is tenanted, I would need the Property Manager to show you through and I would need to give the tenant 3 months notice before any repairs and painting could commence. Thanks!!!
