Hi, we have had the final EQC inspection. The assessors have discovered that the house needs re-piling/levelling before any further work is to commence. Currently there is liquifaction under the house but that will removed before work starts. We are requesting quotes at this stage as we are deciding whether or not to opt off the Fletchers program.
