Foundations for a large garage

Looking for a local someone to prepare/help prepare the foundations for a kitset garage. Hoping this was something we could do ourselves but we really don' know where to start. We will be assembling the shed ourselves, however are a bit green when it comes to getting the foundations right. It is a 10.2m x 6m garage. The ground has been cleared but that's about it.
