We have one of our 34m2 Rimu cabins going to a site in Charming Creek Road, Seddonville, and require 1. NZS3604 timber and concrete foundations 2. Screw-off 3. Pine decking a) 2x3.4 b) 2x4.3 4. Pine baseboards - x3 high 5. 500KG+ Stonebath to be placed at end of decking on ground, please quote concrete pad separately. Home to be delivered in late September. We require foundations installed mid-Sept. Other work to follow on delivery. Please quote for a complete job with materials and labor.
