Repiling and levelling

I am looking to buy a 100 year old farm cottage on wooden piles mainly. It has subsided over the years and when the earthquakes caused further damage it was an insurance write off. It has fallen into disrepair since and is no longer habitable. I need advice and plans for repair to the foundations from a "chartered engineer experienced in the behaviour of port hills loess and silts" according to the title. I also need advice on the structure of the rest of the house which is quite easily seen as the interior linings have all been removed. I am happy to pay for time and travel.
