Mike Lever - 21 Dignan Street piles

We have had a conditional offer accepted on 21 Dignan Street in Point Chevalier and so have until Friday COB to complete our due diligence. Following a building inspection today, our contact stated that the property was in very good condition for its age but there are 4-5 piles on the exterior of the house that look to be worse for wear / rotten and may need replacing within 18 months. Before our deadline this friday, we are looking for a professional / specialist in this area to go to the property, review the piles and provide an estimate of what it would cost to fix the piles in question. We would then potentially use this to negotiate / liaise with the vendor.
