Old house (railway cottage) sitting on a sloping section (high end at the road). Back of house is almost 2 stories. I looks like the previous owners had the downpipe at the back of the house draining into the ground right on the corner of the house, and it looks to have sunk a bit. The back half of the house has a concrete foundation and this has cracked. I have fixed the drains and it now flows away from the house. I am after the following: 1) Inspection of foundations, piles, etc. to understand if it needs fixing, or if its now stable 2) If work is required, what it looks like, cost estimates Would like the inspection soon to understand the problem, however less urgency on fixing. Photos show 1) Corner of house where downpipe wasn't connected. 2) Closeup of the ground under the downpipe 3) Broken concrete inside at that corner 4) Back of house - street can be seen to the right
