Quote to add additional pile underneath house

Looking for a discussion around what is required at our home. We live in a 1920’s bungalow, which is on relatively new piles (house was dropped onsite approx 1980’s). The house leans down slightly at the front so we would like to discuss options to fix this and we wondered if this would be adding in another pile to level it.
