Underpinning foundation western side of house

cracks appearing in concrete rendering on top of brick. on western side of house circa 1940s... needs underpinning . In winter the cracks are less as rain pushes up house. In dry weather the cracks are worse, causing windows and windows to jam. Need a quotation
