Circa 40's bungalow requires re-piling due to sinking, sagging of concrete and timber piles. Not too bad considering the age, but looking to get the house nicely levelled again and re-piled with stronger, larger piles. Hard to get photos of the drop in the floor sorry. There is a central line through the house that has dropped (estimated) 40mm, as well as a couple of other corners that have dropped also
