Any suggestions?

We recently removed a swingset and slide from a barked area we had put up when our kids were young. We measured the area and it's about 4.02 m each way. Recently we brought a 12 ft Bestaway Steel Framed above ground pool, the measurements are 3.66 m diameter round pool and it holds 10,250 L of water. We are not sure what tradesman to get to help and what would we need to install there in order to be level and withhold 10,250 kg of weight with the pool full of water.
