Simple repiling

Job description

House Releveling
Auckland

I have a 3 bedroom house from 1950s which has concrete block pylons. It needs re-leveling mostly down the main support beam of the house by up to 45mm. There is amply space to crawl under and put a jack under. Two of the piles need replacing. The house is also not tied down to the concrete piles with 8 gauge wire, so that would need doing at the same time (no holes are drilled). About 5 of the piles don't even have the house sitting on them but the gap is small enough the packing could be used there. The wood frame is in very good condition. We need a someone to do the work ASAP so we can continue renovation. We are also on a tight budget so need some cheap labour. I can get my dad around (ex builder) to help throw the wood packers in and give feedback on how high the piles need to be at each location etc. so this could suit a solo worker who has access to a jack.

Highly recommended. Sean really took the time and care to re-level our house to OUR satisfaction. He completed the work ahead of schedule and informed us of other issues such as plumbing leaks under the house that he noticed as he did his work.
