B/R floor: replace damaged particle board.
Job description
identify source of water ingress, remove damaged particleboard, replace with marine ply and make good as needed, watertight, and safe. It's only a small triangular area by the ranch slider, less than 300mm x 600mm plus the nearby area which is wet but not so damaged. I understand given that is is a health hazzard due to allergens in damaged particle board, and the hole is a significant danger of causing an accident; that this is work than can be executed with social distancing in accordance with NZ Govt Covid Building trade guidelines for Level 4.

Shaun did an excellent job. His has a strong work ethic, he was easy to deal with, good at problem solving, efficient, thorough and professional. And he cleaned up as the work progressed, and took away all the debris. He communicated well, eg: about when he would come to the job, and did as arranged.
