Vinyl House Lot

We need new vinyl laid in our Kitchen, dining, hall, laundry, bathroom and ensuite. Approx 23m. Subfloor is particleboard which is flaking in some places. Old vinyl is sitting on a hardboard backer but new vinyl will be on a different footprint. Need a qualified layer to assess floor and quote. Vinyl we like is Studio Traffic 200 in Grey Wood look. We are happy to do some subfloor prep at layers direction.
