Kitchen/living room floor

Kitchen/Living room, currently is cork tiles over concrete. This needs to be removed and prepped. The area is almost rectangular, 5000mm wide X 12,570mm long, so approximately 63 sq m.There are some rimu features in the room so we would like a strand woven bamboo floor tinted to co-ordinate with that, or a rimu floor. Not sure about the merits of floating vs fixed, so need advice on that.
