Vinyl Flooring Replacement

We've recently moved in here and the vinyl flooring appears to have been poorly sealed and is lifting up from the subfloor especially around the toilet. Appears to be some water damage got in from where it hasn't been sealed. Hoping to get the sub flooring replaced and new vinyl or another type of flooring put in. Thank you!

Robbie and his team did a great job on repairing the rotted subfloor and replacing the vinyl in our bathroom. They built the subfloor to a much higher standard than before with better materials and corrected mistakes from how it had been finished previously. They located the cause of the water damage and fixed it so it wouldn't happen again. Robbie was good to deal with and sorted a couple of issues during the project promptly and was clear with his communication as things arose. Thanks!
