Sand and reseal existing timber flooring - approx 10sqm

Approx 10 sqm of existing flooring that needs sanding and resealing, pictures below. It's partly a new hallway & laundry which has been laid with reclaimed timber (pic 1). I assume it won't be possible to match colour of the old hallway (pic 2) in the new hallway & laundry (pic 1) but let me know in your bid. It's about 10sqm altogether. Be great to get a quote based on pics and dimensions so we can decide quickly, but understand if you need to come to site.
