Vinyl/laminate flooring for one bedroom

Hey we're looking to re-floor what we'll be using as a rumpus room. It's downstairs in a 3 bedroom unit and backs onto the earth under the house. Have had some moisture issues in the past and not sure the current carpet was installed correctly i.e. we may need some underlay or refinishing when the carpet is lifted. The room is approximately 490x380cm and is now ventilated and has 2 windows. Looking to get this done asap; the room will be vacant after 24th March. Looking for a vinyl/laminate, not too fussy on look, don't need anything fancy, just want it to function.
