Subfloor replacement in laundry

Due to a leak around an outer door, water was able to get into the laundry and soak past the vinyl top layer. Resulting in the floor closest to the door becoming mushy in feel and distorting. I am looking to get the subfloor removed and replaced with a more water resistant material. The leak that caused this has already been addressed. The laundry is 1.5m by 1.8m.

Quick and simple job. Tyrone was in and out with time to spare. Good clean up of things afterwards as well.
