Inspection and treatment of underfloor waterdamage

Hi there, We had gas water cylinder leaking without our knowledge for few months before we noticed parts of vinyl floor popping up in some places of kitchen. we immediately got a plumber to identify the source of the leak and gas water cylinder was replaced November last year. Now we worried about the condition of underfloor insulation and frames underneath. We'd like to do a comprehensive inspection under the floor to identify the impacts and fix any issues.
