Flooring - Spongy Particle Board Replacement

This damage was from a previous leak that has been repaired. The particle board got wet during the leak and is now breaking down and becoming spongy underfoot. There two small areas to be repaired: 1. In front of the shower/bath entry. 2. In the washhouse by the back door entry. Both of these spaces are easily accessible by lifting the felt backed Lino to access the particle board.
