Vinyl laying for two small domestic areas

Hi there, My Dad has asked me to look for someone who could lay some vinyl for him in a flat that he's preparing for rent in central Wellington. He has the vinyl and would like it laid in the kitchen and also a washroom area. The kitchen area is around: 3.4m x 1.7m The washroom area is around: 3.4m x 1m The washroom has coving installed and Patrick would like the lino to run up the sides of that. There is no coving in the kitchen. The flat is upstairs. There is parking available on site.
