Floor sanding and varnishing - dining room
Job description
We are looking to have our small dining room (around 15 square metres) sanded and varnished. Currently is carpeted over hardwood boards, so looking for quotes that include removal of carpet. Looking to have this done ahead of 5 October if possible. House is up a long path, but only 10 stairs, the rest is a newly-laid concrete path that machinery can be rolled up. We also have a small (around 12 square metres) kitchen floored with cork - interested in quote for sanding and refinishing the existing cork to refresh it.

Pati and his team did a great job of sanding and finishing the floor of a small room, including minor repairs. Pati was quick and clear at communicating, and was able to do the job quickly - and the floor looks great!
