Remove and replace rotten section of bathroom floor
Job description
During the replacement of vinyl in our bathroom the installer identified rotten parts of the subfloor that need replacing. (area of approx 1500x900mm) before they can lay the new vinyl. This is a fairly urgent job (in the next three weeks) as we are putting the house on the market at the end of October.
