Replace flooring panel

We're in urgent need of a builder to replace an entire flooring panel in our dining room. It got water damaged from the ranch slider. It may also require the bottom of the ranch slider framing to be replaced as well. As you'll notice, a piece has been cut out. This is not the panel that needs replacing. The panel is 2.8 metres long by 900mm wide. The ranch slider piece that will probably need replacing is a 2 metre length 150x25mm planed piece of timber. The skirting panel is 1 metre long 60mm with a 45 degree top lip. Happy to help with the heavy lifting with the ranch slider.
