We are looking for an experienced flooring installer to do an install into a new build. The slab is pretty level but obviously needs leveling compound for the flooring to be level across the width and depth. We have estimated the flooring based on the floor plan and less space used by the kitchen, island, pantry and laundry (down one long side of the room) install. I am looking for a copy to provide and should have soon (but please chase if not) We were going with Vinyl originally but delays in product have meant we had to shift to Strata flooring and so note that the skirting was put up but know that for this we most probably need that to come off. This needs to happen in the next few days (ASAP) to allow for the painting to be completed and then floor installed. The Strata Flooring is already purchased and available for immediate install. For note we have purchased 90sqm to cover waste and any shortfall (we hope).
