Vinyl Layer needed for small bathroom reno - mid Feb

We need a vinyl layer to install vinyl flooring in our new bathroom. We have the vinyl already but the layer will need to supply floor trims and anything else required to complete the install. Floorspace requiring vinyl is 1400mm X 2200. Our builder is project managing the job so once I've locked in someone to do it, you will be liaising with him to confirm exact date you'll be required. (Likely to be the week of 14th to 18th of Feb) Thanks!
