Bathroom floor and shower seal

I have a bathroom on a first floor above a cellar space. The shower has leaked slowly over a number of months and has rotted the plywood flooring. Water has now entered the cellar and the plywood is warped. The bathroom is small- only about 2.5 m by 1.0m. I would like the existing plywood floor panels replaced, the shower resealed, and the floor covered with lino - at the moment the floor is just painted plywood.
