Tawa T & G Sanding and Polishing, Matt Finish

Our house is approximately 120meters squared of native Tawa T & G flooring. We require accurate on-site measurements and quotes for sanding and polyurethane matt finishing. It is important to note that due to a major renovation followed by reduction of the water content in the house some cracks have appeared between some of the boards throughout the house. These will need to be filled. Approximately 80 meters squared was laid in the 1950's while an additional 30 meters was added recently by professionals. Only quotes from LBP tradesmen with experience and multiple references will be considered. We will put all furniture (very little) in one room of the house but require the tradesman to move this to complete the whole job in one go.
