Securing floor transition into concrete

Hi there! Require a professional to come and secure our kitchen and entryway transition pieces that connect our carpet to our new Harwood vinyl floorboards. As shown in the photos we have purchased the transitions already and cut them to size for both areas. Our carpet is on a concrete pad and the new vinyl flooring is on top of existing tiles (teraccota colour you can see in image). We do not have the appropriate tools to fasten the transitions into concrete. This is where we need assistance. Happy to provide further information.
