Wooden floors

This job is to sand and refinish the wooden floors in the upstairs of the house. I would also like the quote to include the staircase leading to the upstairs. There is one large bedroom, one standard size bedroom, a hallway between, and stairs. The floors in the larger bedroom were finished at one time while the other floors have never been finished. All was covered by carpet.
